International Enquiry

Unfortunately, due to Insurance conditions, Poss Bloss is no longer able to sell items to the US or Candada. Please contact me if you are from other regions and I will endeavour to assist you.

Exchange/Return of Goods

All care is taken to ensure that goods dispatched are of the highest quality. However, on the rare occasion that you may receive an item which is faulty, contact is to be made immediately. Once the item has been returned as per my instruction and the fault confirmed, a replacement or refund will be given. No claims can be made after 30 days. If a purchased item is the incorrect size, please notify me immediately and arrangements will be made to exchange the item for a more suitable size. Exchange item must be returned unused with all tagging, packaging and in its original state. Poss Bloss will not be liable for your return shipping costs. If you change your mind or the item is not what you had hoped for, contact me immediately the item is received, I am more than happy to exchange it for another item or give you a credit note. Again you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned unused with all tagging, packaging and in its original state.
